Part of the ABEEP Project
Gima Agribusiness is proud to be part of the Ag-BDS Ecosystem Enhancement Project (ABEEP), a vibrant community for agricultural business development service providers committed to driving growth and resilience in the agricultural sector. We are strengthening our capacity to provide better quality products, improved advisory services, and more innovative solutions for farmers. The program equips us to enhance agricultural value chains, optimize operational efficiency, and leverage data for smarter decision-making, ensuring that our clients receive services that are not only reliable but also tailored to maximize their productivity and profitability.
Uganda Climate Innovation Fund
We are also proud participants in the Climate Smart Jobs program under the Uganda Climate Innovation Fund, where we are developing an innovative solution to promote sustainable livestock production. Our idea focuses on producing nutritious, affordable livestock feed from plant based agricultural waste and other crop residues. By turning what would otherwise be discarded into valuable feed, we aim to reduce waste, lower feed costs, and support climate resilient farming systems. This innovation aligns with our broader mission to create green jobs, enhance food security, and promote environmentally friendly agribusiness practices across Uganda.
